These slip resistant work shoes feature a durable leather upper and elastic gore on either side for easy on and off. A breathable mesh lining and Dri-Lex® covered footbed help to wick away moisture while the aerodynamic air channels guide air flow from the heel to the forefoot area where perspiration occurs the most. The Walking On Air Footbed also provides support and cushioning reducing stress at the lower back and knees. These Genuine Grip shoes have an embedded plastic shank for rigidity and support during the gait cycle. The lightweight midsole offers additional shock absorption. These slip on work shoes for women are finished with the Genuine Grip Slip-Resistant Rubber outsole that has a high traction rating on wet and oily surfaces.

What is Slip Resistance?

• There are currently no “pass/fail” requirements for slip resistance testing – only general industry standards
