The Genuine Grip Womens Steel Toe Shoes are designed for protection in the work place. A protective steel toe meets ASTM standards and a quality leather upper offers added durability. The mesh lining and the Dri-Lex® covered footbed keep the feet dry by wicking away moisture and reducing the growth of odor causing bacteria and fungi. Aerodynamic air channels of the Walking On Air Footbed guide the flow of air from the heel to the forefoot where perspiration occurs the most. Added support comes from the anatomical shape and ergonomic design of the footbed while the lightweight outsole offers extra shock absorption. These steel toe shoes for women are finished with with an embedded plastic shank for structural rigidity. The Genuine Grip Slip Resistant Rubber Outsole provides an excellent traction rating when standing on wet and oily surfaces.

What is Slip Resistance?
